Learning Through Languages : Research Symposium

Thursday, December 8th a group of students from the world language department participated in a  high school research symposium organized by UNC and Duke. They had to not only write a research paper in a foreign language but defend their paper in front of professors and graduate students.  East's students did extremely well, talking home most  of prizes.
